This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
DPS is looking for an ICT Project Manager to assist with the upgrade of our environment to a Windows 10 and 0365 solution. Candidates submitted should have strong skills in the following:
Experience in the successful management and delivery of technology related projects, with experience in:
- Managing multiple projects concurrently using Waterfall and Agile approaches, and
- Managing and controlling human, financial and other resources.
- Organisational and analytical skills of a high order with demonstrated experience in work prioritisation, dealing with competing requirements/workloads, self-motivation and maintaining a customer focus.
- Elicit information and/or high level requirements from customers and stakeholders in order to collaborate desired outcomes.
- Demonstrates personal resilience and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and a challenging environment.
- Ability to work under pressure with close attention to detail, organise priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
We will be seeking people with:
- Strong project management skills;
- working knowledge of Winl0 / 0365;
- Understand and advocate 0365 capabilities;
- Enjoy working in a fast paced team environment to manage competing priorities in order to meet milestones;
- Have excellent communication skills to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in the Parliamentary environment;
- Are able to quickly and critically analyse information and think strategically to solve problems.
