This contract is for the construction of Parklands Area 3 Stages 6 & 7 located at Parklands residential subdivision off Orotu Drive, Napier.
Work includes excavation, drainage, water services, kerb and channelling and nib construction, footpaths and berm construction, pavement reconstruction, concrete block paving, roadmarking, signage, street lighting and fencing.
