Developing & Hosting Wimmera Mallee Tourism Trade Fair Event

Yarriambiack Shire Council (on behalf of Wimmera Mallee Tourism) seeks tenders for the development and hosting of a trade fair event catering for 50-60 exhibitors, 5-10 presenters and 750 business operators and staff.

We are seeking a consultant to develop and host a trade fair event over three days – the works shall include:

• Plan, prepare and host a trade fair event focused on improving the business skill set of small and independent businesses in the Wimmera Mallee Tourism region.
• Co-ordinate and schedule guest speakers to present at the trade fair.
• Identify and report on gaps in the small business sector of the Wimmera Mallee Tourism geographical region, and provide recommendations for future plans for small businesses.

Participating businesses will include retail stores, accommodation providers, food services, gift outlets, community enterprises, transport operators, food producers and tour operators.
