LSC009224 - Suitably qualified providers of Integrated Business Solutions with sound financial and technical backgrounds are invited by Livingstone Shire Council (Council) to respond to this Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of an Integrated Business Solution.
This EOI comprises the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. This two-stage process enables Council to evaluate applicant’s capabilities to provide an integrated business solution without requiring all applicants to incur the additional cost involved with the preparation of fully detailed offers. Only those applicants who are successful in becoming short-listed may be invited to respond to an Invitation to Tender (ITT).
The aim of the project is to implement an Integrated Business Solution to facilitate the bringing together of the way people work and the available and emerging technologies. To achieve this objective, the Council prefers entering a long-term relationship with partner/s and is seeking to obtain the following benefits:
- technological and non-technological innovation;
- technical support;
- efficient and effective implementation of a solution; and
- reduced life cycle costs.
