TF20190927 - The City of Mitcham (the Council) invites Expressions of Interest from Registrants for the provision of Coffee Making facilities by either a Local Business or Community group to promote themselves, to help gain new clientele and support a thriving community.
The Mitcham Memorial Library went through recent upgrade and it currently averages 800 visitors on weekends, with additional clientele from walkers and park usage.

- The Council’s aims and objectives regarding the Services are to; Provide Greater Community involvement in the use of Library Precinct area, to Provide an opportunity for a Supplier or Community Group to provide Coffee Services, for the benefit of wider Community within in this library area.
