State Training Centre (STC) Catering Services

⁠⁠⁠The South Australian Country Fire Service (SACFS) requires the provision of flexible, reliable, high-quality catering services to support training courses, operational activities, and events at the SACFS State Training Centre (STC), Pyrites Road, Brukunga SA 5252.

All meals will be prepared in the commercial kitchen facility provided on-site at the STC and will primarily be served on-site, with occasional supply to other nearby SACFS sites, such as Region 1 Headquarters, Mount Barker, and State Headquarters, Keswick.

The objective of this procurement is to appoint a suitably qualified service provider that can consistently deliver safe, nutritious, and value for money meals, refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages, while meeting diverse dietary needs, variable and fluctuating demand, and both standard and short-notice service requests.

It is intended to appoint a single provider under this procurement. The proposed contract term is three (3) years, with options to extend (1+1 Years) at the discretion of SACFS.

Offers for part of the requirements will not be accepted.

Industry Briefing and Site Visit

A briefing session will be held at SACFS State Training Centre (STC), 28 Pyrites Road, Brukunga, South Australia, Australia, 5252 on 1:00 pm 12 June 2026.

Notes: 1:00 PM – 3:00pm on Friday 12 June 2026

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
