Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the abovementioned contract.

Please ensure tender submissions are submitted before the tender close date and time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The scope of works in this contract includes the following:

Demolition of existing site, removal of 5 trees, paths, fencing, furniture and existing waterbody.

Construction of new naturalistic waterbody and supporting hydro infrastructure, timber deck path, concrete paths, furniture, 4 arbours, a picnic shelter, garden beds, supply and installation of plants including a 13-week maintenance of site.
