Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from not-for-profit community groups interested in becoming the licensee of a Council community facility. As a licensee, the group will manage and operate the building on behalf of Council and can use the facility for their own programs and services. The licensee must allow other groups and individuals to also use the facility.
The community facilities available for licensing are:
- Balgownie Village Community Centre, 113 Balgownie Road, Balgownie
- Coledale Community Hall, 745 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Coledale.
Interested groups need to complete the self-assessment form in the Information Package for their chosen centre and lodge with Council a Notification of Interest Form, by 5pm Thursday 24 October 2019.
