After Hours Callout Messaging Service
As a supplier of contact centre services, you are invited to supply Council with a quotation for the supply of an after-hours customer contact centre solution (“the solution”) for processing customer enquiry calls for Tweed Shire Council, received outside of standard business hours (8.30am – 4.30pm business days).
Additional call overflow services, lone worker monitoring and systems monitoring and updates also form part of this schedule.
