Solar PV: Landscaping Works

⁠⁠⁠The University of South Australia invites competitive tenders to undertake the Solar PV Landscaping Works at Mawson Lakes campus.
The specifications and drawings for this work are outlined within the tender documents attached to this tender notice. The RFT comprises the following documents:

ENQUIRIES/ CLARIFICATIONS: Enquiries should be directed to the online forum within the Tender Box. University staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The Tenderer shall submit any clarifications or questions to the University using the "Private Question" method in the Online Forum tool within the TenderLink System. The University shall respond to the clarifications or question by uploading a Clarification Request Document/ Template? Register as an Addendum after clarification closing date. This will be shared publicly to all Tenderers if the information provided is relevant to all Tenderers.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached Word version of the Schedules. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Deadline for requests for clarifications: Tuesday 22 October 2019

The University of South Australia is not bound by the lowest priced Quotation or all or any part of a Quotation and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful respondents as it sees fit. All responses must be made via online submission. Any response made by any other means (open mail, facsimile,, post or in person) will not be considered. Late submissions will not be accepted. Submissions must be fully received by the Closing Time as late submission will not be accepted.

Please note that you will be required to advise your intention to respond  by close of business Friday 11 October 2019.
Please note that a site inspection will be held from 10.30am ~ 11.30am on Thursday 17 October 2019, with Contractors to meet with David Applebee (UniSA Facilities Coordinator) and Ying Qian (Principal Consultant, Aspect Studios) at FM Assist, security (Building A). Contractors are to confirm their intent to attend this inspection to Ying Qian via email (ying.qian@aspect-studios.com) no later than close of business Wednesday 16 October 2019.
