Tender Description
The City of Ballarat is conducting an Expression of interest process including a design competition component for the design of first stage works in the revitalisation of the Bakery Hill precinct.
Should the project proceed, 3 respondents will be requested to provide services for the development of a concept streetscape design for the Bridge Mall and the surrounding precinct, for a fixed fee, together with a tender for the detailed design of the funded component of the redevelopment.
