Tender Description
Council invites tenders from suitably qualified organisations or individuals for the provision of trades services for the preservation and maintenance of Council owned buildings and assets throughout the Municipal District. The Council currently has some 270 buildings and structures which range in use/purpose, construction type, size and complexity.
Suppliers may tender for one or more of the trade categories.
The Term of this contract will be 3 years with 2x2 year options at Council's discretion.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
