Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the internal painting of the Phoenix Park Community Centre.
The Phoenix Park Community Centre will remain in operation while the contract work is carried out. The contractor will be required to take ownership of a cordoned off site compound. The work is to be carried out around the programs of the user groups. The Contractor is to allow for painting over 4 weekends, as well as during business hours.
