FIONA STANLEY HOSPITAL - 2434586B - Pre-Admission Clinic Relocation (General Minor Building Works)
Description:
Pre-qualification for access to the Request for Tender (RFT) for the general minor building works, including hydraulics and signage required to facilitate the relocation of the Pre Admissions Clinic (PAC) at the Fiona Stanley Hospital. The scope of services is generally described as the following:
1) Supply and Install of various signage
2) Supply and Install of frosting to various glazed panels
3) Supply and install of Glazed Door and associated door hardware
4) Removal of existing carpeted floor and replacement with vinyl
5) Supply and install of curtain tracks
6) Supply and install of timber door to existing wall
7) Installation of a clinical basin into an existing slab, and
8) Other general building works required to facilitate these works
Acceptance of this RFI is acceptance of the Confidentiality Terms and Conditions ONLY. Once you have accepted and submitted this, you will then be manually added to access the Tender documentation.
