Upgrade of CHP System at Bairnsdale Waste Water Treatment Plant

1126B - UPGRADE OF CHP SYSTEM AT BAIRNSDALE WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT

East Gippsland Water is investing in the future to improve services to our customers. As part of our program of works, tenders are invited for the following:

CONTRACT NO. 1126/B: Upgrade/Replacement of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Unit and associated works at Bairnsdale Waste Water Treatment Plant

This contract is for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the upgrade/replacement of the Combined Heat & Power (CHP) system and installation of associated works at the Bairnsdale Waste Water Treatment Plant.

A compulsory tender meeting is scheduled for 10:00am on Wednesday 9th October 2019, at the Bairnsdale Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 141 Holloway Street, Bairnsdale.

Tender documents will be available from 10:00PM on Thursday 26th September 2019, for download from the website listed below or for collection by arrangement from East Gippsland Water's office at 133 Macleod Street, Bairnsdale (telephone 1300 720 700), on USB memory stick ($12.00 fee applies per tender document) or hard copy ($35.00 fee applies per tender document).

Electronic Tenders are preferred and may be submitted in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file format, which must be received in full by either .

a. submission via the East Gippsland Water TenderLink website at click here or
b. USB memory stick sealed in a suitable envelope, clearly labelled with the above Contract No. and Contract Title, and which must be received at East Gippsland Water's Bairnsdale office Tender Box prior to close of tenders
All tenders must be received before 4pm on Thursday 24th October 2019 (late tenders will not be accepted). The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
