EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR 2 THE PARADE, TUMBARUMBA, KNOWN AS 'ROTH'S CORNER MEDICAL CENTRE'
Snowy Valleys Council is seeking expressions of interest from interested parties for 2 The Parade, Tumbarumba known as 'Roth's Corner Medical Centre'.
The building is currently leased and operates as a medical practice. The current lease is due to expire and Council is conscious of the importance of continued medical services being provided to Tumbarumba and the surrounding communities.
Council is encouraging Expressions of Interest for the following purpose:
- Lease of the building for the development and operation of a medical centre.
Alternatively Council will also give due consideration to Expressions of Interest for:
- Purchase of the building for the development and operation of a medical centre
Expressions of Interest are to be lodged at or in the Tender Box at the Tumbarumba Office - Snowy Valleys Council, Bridge Street, Tumbarumba by 5pm on Thursday 10th October 2019
