This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Overview:
DPS requires the following services to be delivered by one suitably qualified and experienced contractor:
• Contribute to the installation and second level support of ICT equipment at Parliament House and in Electorate Offices, including the resolution of service requests, MACs, incidents and problems.
• Support positively the efficient functioning and operation of a small team responsible for second level ICT support.
• Provide effective technical support for Senators, Members and their staff, as well as other departmental clients.
• Contribute to the production of draft technical and user documentation.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients and internal / external stakeholders.
