The Provision of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Software Prod

⁠⁠⁠The intention of this RFT, is to:

1) Select an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) technology solution as part of a modular Identity Management System (IDM)
2) Obtain the commensurate services of a suitably qualified professional services partner with proven implementation and integration capability in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

Respondents to this tender can bid for either of both of the:

1) Supply of the IGA and

2) The provision of the implementation and integration professional services

Both the solution vendor and the integration and implementation partner should have expertise in architecture, security, integration and systems analysis to establish a suitable partnership with UTS for the implementation of the selected IGA solution and ongoing support and management services. Respondents must have proven capability and an extensive track record in either the proposed solution and/or delivery of integration and implementation labour service for the proposed IGA technology solution.

It is preferred that the successful respondents will be suitably accredited by Microsoft, or other IGA industry standard partners or NSW panels to carry out the necessary work and provide guidance to assist UTS in designing, implementing, integrating and optimising the cost of the solution.

It is intended that as a results of this RFT, UTS will enter into an Agreement with the successful Tenderer or multiple successful Tenderers.

The deliverables under the proposed Agreement (including list of modules, costs, technical, architectural documents, delivery proposal, plans, schedules and product implementation/integration) are intended to be used in subsequent phases of the universities wider Identity Management (IDM) programme.

The project activities to include provision of professional services for the proposed IGA solution will be conducted by the successful respondent/s - at the UTS City campus on 15 Broadway, Ultimo NSW 2007.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box using the Word version of the Schedule and the Excel Spreadsheet/Workbook, both supplied. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: The RFT closes at 04:00pm (AEST) on the 28th October 2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time.

UTS is not bound to accept the lowest priced quote or all or any part of a quote and reserves the right to conduct the Request for tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.

Late, verbal, faxed, mailed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
