The Board of Directors of the Maroondah Sports Club are seeking expressions of interest from experienced contract caterers to serve the club’s members and guests. The Bistro currently opens for Lunch and Dinner 7 days per week and caters for Functions as required.

Expectations of suitable applicants include (but are not limited to):

• Provide quality meals at a competitive price that appeals to members and visitors.
• Review and update menus consistently with seasons and customers’ demands.
• Provision of consistent, outstanding customer service.
• Experienced and well-trained staff in all aspects of food preparation, presentation and service.
• Maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness.
• Be fully conversant with relevant legislation relating to food service, hygiene, and employment conditions, including WHS compliance and insurance.

Your Expression of Interest should include:

• A cover letter explaining your reasons for applying for the contract.
• Details of past and current catering experiences, including references.
• Details of appropriate qualifications, including a Food Handling Certificate.
• Sample menus and pricing, including Functions Menus.
