John Court Sewer Rising Main Renewal

⁠⁠⁠East Gippsland Water (EGW) is investing in the future to improve services to our customers. As part of our program of works, tenders are

invited for the following:
Contract 1179/A John Court Sewer Rising Main Renewal

This tender is for the renewal of approximately 1.1km of DN200 rising main between EGW's John Ct Sewage Pumping Station, and the intersection of Bredt St and Jennings St in Bairnsdale.

A compulsory tender meeting is scheduled for 11.00AM on Wednesday 2nd October 2019, commencing at the intersection of Bredt St and Jennings St, Bairnsdale.

Tender documentation will be available from 4.00pm on Friday 20th September 2019, for download from the website listed below or for collection by arrangement from East Gippsland Water's office at 133 Macleod Street, Bairnsdale (telephone 1300 720 700), on USB memory stick ($12.00 fee applies per tender document) or hard copy ($35.00 fee applies per tender document).

Electronic Tenders are preferred, which may be submitted in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file format, and which must be received in full by either:

• Submission via the East Gippsland Water TenderLink website, prior to close of tenders, at (see option below) or
• USB memory stick sealed in a suitable envelope, clearly labelled with the above Contract No. and Contract Title, and which must be received at East Gippsland Water's Bairnsdale office Tender Box prior to close of tenders.

Alternatively, tender submissions in hard copy must be sealed in a suitable envelope and clearly labelled with the relevant Contract No. and Contract Title, and must be received in full at EGW's Bairnsdale office Tender Box prior to the close of tenders.

All tenders must be received in full before 4:00PM on Friday 18th October 2019. Late tenders will not be considered. The lowest or any tender may not be accepted.
