Tender Description
This Expression of Interest seeks submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to manage cleaning services for the Rockhampton office.
The Scope of Works includes daily cleaning of a large office space with:
- Two (2) kitchens;
- Reception area;
- Training room;
- Office restrooms
- And various office spaces
The scope of works will also include Commercial cleaning tasks undertaken periodically.
It shall be noted that this is an EOI only and the detailed scope of work shall be provided during the tender phase.
