Brigade magazine is an 80-page colour magazine created in-house and outsourced for printing and distribution twice a year to CFA volunteers and a selection of other stakeholders around Victoria.
This contract is to print the magazine from a supplied print-ready PDF, engage a mail house to process the magazine (dedupe the address database, address magazines and insert in plastic bag), and deliver to Australia Post for distribution.
The initial contract term will be for two (2) years/four (4) issues (2 issues per year, Autumn and Spring editions) and is to commence in early 2020 in time for printing, processing and distribution of the Autumn edition of the Brigade Magazine. Possibility exists beyond the intial 2 year/ 4 issue contract term of a further two (2) years/4 issue extension to be executed at CFA’s discretion.
