The Deadline for this Request is 5pm (AEST) on Wednesday 2nd October 2019. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.
It is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.
NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE HUON VALLEY COUNCIL TENDERLINK PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.
The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the Huon Valley Council office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members will disqualify.
