Retaining Wall & Boundary Fence 12 Fletcher St Exmouth

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Exmouth invites quotations from suitably qualified and licensed contractors for supply & installation of the following works:

• Remove & dispose of old boundary fencing & retaining wall between 12/14 Fletcher Street, and install new boundary fence & retaining wall as per scope of works.

SCOPE OF WORKS

• Remove existing boundary fence, existing brick retaining wall.
• Set out and drill new fence columns to suit a new Neetalok fence include a new 600x 300 concrete retaining wall
• Colourbond Fence Height = 30.21 metres at 1.5 high, Front Setback 6mtrs 1. 2 high
• Note: Post size 100 x 50 x 3.5
• Install new retaining wall as per cross section sketch
• Install new Neetalok fencing as per specifications
• Remove rubbish and leave site clean Note: tip fees will be waived
• Certified Building Permit to be applied for, Include Certificate of Design Compliance
• BSL & BCITF fees to be allowed for, Shires Permit fees waived
• Design Criteria Wind Region D Terrain Category 2
