Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works, is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake storm damage fencing repairs to twenty-nine (29) DOC nominated properties in Wiluna.

Scope

The scope includes but is not limited to:

• Front fence: replacement or repair of chainwire
• RHS wing: rehang single gate with new hinges and gate latch
• Rear: rehang double gate with new hinges, gate latch and drop bolts
• Securing all existing fence panels and capping to property where required
• LHS wing: replacement of single gate with new hinges and gate latch
