Tender Description
The City of Melbourne is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of infrastructure, cleaning, parks and building services.
Expressions of Interest are sought from capable and experienced service providers or consortia that have the ability to provide the full range of services, nominated services or an individual service within the listed categories.
Services required include:
- provision of general maintenance civil infrastructure services
- maintenance and operations of drainage network and pumps
- design and construction services
- open space (parks and gardens) management and maintenance
- tree management and maintenance
- building maintenance
- building cleaning
- graffiti removal
- street sweeping and cleaning.
