Tender Description
Deakin University invites Proposals for the provision of the following scope of work:
End User Operational Analytics software and implementation services.
The University is looking for a solution to:
- Provide visibility on the activities, performance and health of end-user devices, providing insight into what IT issues are impacting them.
- Enable proactive automated resolution of IT issues with the end-user devices with no assistance from IT support.
- Provide IT support staff with real-time end to end visibility for effective and efficient incident and problem management.
- Provide Real-time browser based visualisation, at both an individual and enterprise level, with drill-down.
- Have the ability to capture end-users sentiment relating to their computing experience.
