Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Air Conditioning Replacement at Tagai State College - at Thursday Island SS, Thursday Island SHS and Mer Island Campus.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
- Replacement of air conditioning, including appropriate disposal of old units;
- Design works for air conditioning to DoE standards;
- Associated electrical and building works, including asbestos removal;
- Management of contract to coordinate works including shipping and delviery of units to these remote schools.
The submission will require tenderers to address non price criteria on methodology, program, sub contractors, local benefits and how training requirements for new entrants and Indigenous and Torres Strait Islanders workers will be met.
The tender will be open to PQC2 level and above with QA, with office in specific PQC zones.
