Tender Description
Tenders are invited from Contractors experienced in roof replacement and structural repairs of industrial buildings.
The SMRC's waste composting facility building is located at the Regional Resource Recovery Centre (RRRC) in Canning Vale and the work includes two separable packages:
- Package 1 - repairs to trusses, columns and other structural elements including surface protection; and
- Package 2 - removal of corroded sheeting, purlins and girts and supply and install new roof.
A mandatory site briefing which must be attended by all Tenderers will be held on site at RRRC, 350 Bannister Rd, Canning Vale, WA 6155 at 9am on Thursday 19th September 2019.
Late tenders will not be considered. Canvassing of Councillors or officers may invalidate the Tender. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepte
