Moreland City Council is seeking Expression of Interest for the engagement of a main works contractor to deliver the Coburg City Oval Redevelpment project in Coburg.

The redevelopment of the sports pavilion for multipurpose sports and community use includes but is not limited to the following:

• Part demolition of existing facilities.
• New changeroom facilities including unisex change rooms, amenities, self‐contained officials/umpires change rooms and amenities, massage rooms, medical room and training room.
• New level 2 floor for social space including kitchenette / bar / storage room.
• Grandstand refurbishment including reconfiguration and re-seating.
• New entrances and circulation space.
• Upgrade of existing services infrastructure.
• DDA and public toilets with family friendly attributes including baby change amenities.
• Vertical transport.
• Surrounding civil works.

The sports pavilion is to be closed to public access for the duration of the works although the oval will be operational at all times to enable sports trainings and other events.
