ABOUT THE INVITATION TO TENDER: Tenders are being sought from innovative consultants to provide engineering design as part of a multi-disciplinary consulting team for the design of Stages 3A/5C/6A including the following:
1. Design of roads and subsequent servicing of allotments including traffic lights, stormwater, sewer, water, smart city/metered lighting, telecommunications and electrical works;
2. Detailed flood modelling to support the construction of the subject stages;
3. Traffic Modelling to support the design of the subject stages including augmentation of the Dalton Drive intersection, Southern Drive/Plaza Pde intersection or any other external intersection, as required.
