Printing, Installation and Removal of Planning Permit Application Public Notices

⁠⁠⁠Bayside City Council Statutory Planning Unit is seeking the services of a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the notice provision requirements of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

The Contractor is required to prepare, erect and remove notices on the land in accordance with the Act.

This will be a contract for two years with an option to extend a further one year to be exercised at Council's discretion.

Any questions about this Request for Tender should be submitted through the "Question Forum" in eProcure. The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Council Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal tenders will not be considered.
