Expression of Interest-Sale of Abandoned Caravan & Annex, Victoria Lake Holiday Park

An opportunity exists for the purchase and removal of an abandoned caravan and annex.

This Expression of Interest is seeking interested parties to purchase and removed an abandoned caravan and annex at the Victoria Lake Holiday Park, Shepparton.

Photos of the caravan and annex will be provided to interested persons who contact Council.

A detailed plan must be included in all EOIs that specify price, removal plan, OH&S removal considetaions, timeline for removal, and associated equipment to be used to remove the caravan and annex. Note that removal effort and costs are the sole responsibility of interested party.

Expression of interest will be received until 4:00pm, Friday 20 September 2019.
