Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for: developing and maintaining the program vision, outcome and benefits, establishing and maintaining the program organisation including providing leadership and direction to those working in the various project streams.
The Senior Project manager will undertake the following tasks within the program utilising both MSP skills and experience:
- Produce, implement and maintain Project Management Plan
- Produce, implement and maintain ICT Delivery Plan
- Produce, implement and maintain Issues, Risks, Action and Decision logs
- Manage phase resources, schedule and milestones
- Plan and implement project activity
- Allocate tasks according to Project Management Plan
- Monitor project status
- Update project schedule
- Report to Program and Stream Lead
- Develop and implement Quality Plan
- Assist with all reviews
- Maintain alignment with the overall Program Schedule and strategic directions using approved Program change management procedures
- Liaise with other Program Project Managers and PMO representatives
- Manage project leads in design of and delivery of periodic reporting and develop draft consolidated reporting
- Support the Program Manager and the Project leads in updating forecasts and tracking and updating resource plans
