Civic Tower Property Management

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to provide property management services, to enable the effective commercial property management of the Civic Tower at 66-72 Rickard Road, Bankstown. Respondents should use this as an opportunity to present their service capabilities and how this would deliver a value-for-money service.

Essential Requirments:
 

Respondents that fail to provide the essential requirements will not be considered.

(1) Council requires respondents to be an established commercial property management agent with at least ten years of experience; and

 (2) Respondents are to have actively provided property management for similar types of commercial buildings (must be 10,000 square metres or higher in net lettable area), in the local or metropolitan market as well as other major metropolitan office markets.
