⁠⁠⁠The Western Sydney Parklands Trust (Trust) issues this invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI), to the open market

The EOI is seeking practical, viable and environmentally sustainable Urban Farming Proposals

The EOI is issued as part of the Trusts’ Urban Farming Masterplan (Masterplan), which falls into the Trusts’ broader Plan of Management 2030 (POM) strategic objectives

This EOI is offering six (6) different sized land parcels within the Precinct for urban farming. These parcels are suitable for a range of mixed agribusinesses from open growing, glasshouses or orchards as some parcels are on sloped blocks

The land parcels range in size from approximately 2.78 hectares [6.87 acres] to 8.96 hectares [22.14 acres] and are made up of a number ofindividual Lots located side-by-side. The EOI identifies options for partial selection of parcels in parcel 3 or parcel 4.
