Request for Proposal - Landscape Architecture Consultancy Services - Land Development in Melbourne Western Suburbs

⁠⁠⁠ Development Victoria is embarking on a project to create approximately 750 dwellings situated in Melbourne’s west and will be releasing four Request for Proposals (RFPs) via a Selective Tender seeking experienced landscape architecture consultants from an appropriate category on the Construction Supplier Register or VicRoads Supplier Register.

These consultancy services are required to design and support the delivery of the public realm in the new residential community. Consultants will be engaged under the Whole of Government Consultancy Agreement (Long Form).

The successful consultancies will have experience with similar scale residential communities in Victoria.

Notice of the RFP will be sent to invited bidders via the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal and is anticipated to be released in mid-September 2019.
