MidCentral is working with local Pharmacies and a select number of people/patients who qualify for alternative methods of smoking "Vape to Quit" with the overall plan being complete cessation of all products
This RFP invites manufacturers and/or wholesalers who can meet the below criteria to respond
(a) Must be a New Zealand located provider
(b) Products are made in an ISO 5 clean room or lower
(c) Eliquids contain no diacetyl or acetyl propionyl
(d) Packing meets Part 4 - Labelling, Clause 14 - Labelling of related products of the Medicines Regulations 1984
(e) The best price for the above quality and service
As a starting point, this will be trialled with one hundred and fifty five (155) patients over a maximum of twelve (12) months per patient or cessation, whichever comes first. Other DHB's are also talking about this trial so may come at a later date. Please submit pricing for starter kits and then any relevant consumables that will be needed
