Tender Description
Inner West Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for the demolition and construction of an external stairway to Petersham Town Hall with associated Fire, Access and BCA compliance works.
Tenderers will be required to provide all relevant supporting documents as outlined in the RFT. Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity; financial and technical capability for delivering products and services; have had previous experience on similar sized projects; and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
