The Barwon Coast Committee of Management Inc. (BCCM) is appointed by the Victorian State Government to manage 15km of coastal Crown land along the Bass Strait coast of the Bellarine Peninsula on behalf of the Victorian Government and the community.
The management area extends from beach access 7W at Collendina on the eastern boundary of Ocean Grove, through to 42W Blue Rocks to the west of 13th Beach.
BCCM management area includes the Riverview Family Caravan Park, Ocean Grove; the Riverside Camp Ground, Ocean Grove Spit; and the Barwon Heads Caravan Park
BCCM seeks the services of a company or sole trader to provide SECURITY SERVICES to the Riverview Family Caravan Park, Ocean Grove, the Barwon Heads Caravan Park & the Riverside Camping Reserve. Upon submission BCCM reserve the right to review the tendered services and accept all or part of the service requirements offered by the applicant.
The contract shall be for a 2 year period commencing 1st October 2019 with a 2 year optional extension at the discretion of BCCM.
