Tender Description
Hepburn Shire Council seeks a suitably qualified consultant to undertake the development of a (10 year) Hepburn Shire Playspace Strategy incorporating an operational development and management plan to guide the future strategic direction, priorities of infrastructure development, asset management and activation of playspaces throughout the municipality.
The strategy development is inclusive of playgrounds, splash parks, outdoor fitness spaces, skate/scoot and BMX spaces and dog parks.
