Tender Description
The scope of works in this contract includes the following:
- Demolition of existing internal amenities and public accessible bathroom
- Refurbish amenity to include new cubicle showers and toilets and renovate public accessible bathrooms to meet compliancy
- Installation of new 2 x instantaneous hot water units (gas meter upgrade to be done by others)
- Extension of the social room and kitchen space towards the sports field
- New concrete tiered seating to the east
- Path of travel upgrades including new ramp and handrails
- Asbestos removal throughout whole building
- Supply and connection of temporary portable toilet
- Supply and connection of temporary canteen/kiosk
