Tender Description

The SCCM Project seeks to automate Service Connection Condition Monitoring by remotely retrieving power quality data from Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) enabled meters and using analytics to estimate the line loop impedance using variations in instantaneous parameters - voltage, current and power factors and sending alerts for suspected faulty installations. All the below are considered mandatory Technical Requirements for a neutral integrity analytics solution.

  • Connect and ingest real-time SensorIQ Power Quality data and events from selected meters as Avro messages from JMS queues.
  • Integrate with SensorIQ SOAP interfaces for on-demand job deployment and monitoring.
  • Stream processing of time series measurements for neutral integrity detection at high frequency and volumes (5 min, 10 sec interval reads and real time event profiles initially deployed on 125K meters but with capacity to incrementally grow over time up to 1.2M meters).
  • Store months’ worth of results for high performance on line reporting and time series analysis.
  • Provide configurable Dashboard for analysis in context with other supporting data sources (e.g. GIS, Network Connectivity, etc.) for decision making.
  • Update algorithm and business rules and deploy as part of processing pipeline configuration.
  • Long term storage and archival of raw SensorIQ data for Machine Learning and Analytical purposes.

Please note, participation in this Request for Information does not guarantee that an opportunity to formally quote or receive work will eventuate.

Responses can be submitted up to 6 September 2019, 5PM (WST)
