Riverwalk Town Centre Real Estate Agent Services - Request For Proposal

⁠⁠⁠Development Victoria intents to engage a licenced Real Estate Agent who has relevant experience in delivering successful Retail and Commercial sales services.

Interested agents must meet the following requirements/criteria (included but not limited to):

• demonstrated knowledge of the local marketplace;
• be able to attend an on-site meeting with a client at short notice;
• appropriate real estate agency licensing requirements as required by the Estate Agents Act;
• to supply regular feedback on enquiry and sales reports.
