Tender Description
Waikato District Council (WDC) requires physical works delivery of some of our Long Term Plan (LTP) commitments made to our Community, by way of delivering some discreet Capex Projects that involve increased Level of Service (LOS) and replacement funded Toilet renewals, and other relates works as defined in this RFP and Documents.
Works for RFP Contract 18/226 WDC Toilet Installations 2019 will be in four separable portions, as follows;
- SP1_Installation of separately procured Toilet facility (Exeloo 2 pan unit) to provide Tuakau community with replacement for a fire damaged toilet at Tuakau CBD, including all services (Wastewater, stormwater, and water), hard landscaping.
- SP2_Bollard Rd Dump Station, Centennial Park (Tuakau)
Construction of a new Dumping Station Facility for camper vans at Bollard Rd, Tuakau and removal of the existing St Stephens dump station
- SP3_72 George St Wastewater Upgrades, Tuakau
Wastewater relocation for enabling works for future development at the site. This involved construction of an upgraded section of waste water pipeline at George Street in Tuakau.
- SP4_Centennial Park (Ngaruawahia) Toilet and Sports Facility Installation, Ngaruawahia
Installation of a separately procured Toilet and Sports facility (Permaloo double building facility with large canopy roof and glue laminated beam supports containing 2 pan toilet unit, changing room, and storage) to provide Ngaruawahia community with new Facility at Centennial Park, Off Havelock Rd Ngaruawahia, including all services (Wastewater, stormwater, and water), installation and connection of building, new services off Havelock Rd, building consent quality assurance and inspections, and all necessary hard landscaping (concrete).
