Inner West Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for building works to the heritage listed Marrickville and St Peters Town Hall:
Marrickville Town Hall Facade Upgrade
Stage 1: Exploratory works
Stage 2: Facade Maintenance Works including repairs to - window lintel, gutters / downpipes, brickwork, doors, waterproofing, new lighting, removal of asbestos sheets, and other minor repairs.
St Peters Town Hall Facade and Ramp Upgrade
Stage 1: Exploratory works
Stage 2: Facade Maintenance Works including repairs to - window lintel, gutters / downpipes, brickwork, doors, waterproofing, new lighting, removal of asbestos sheets, portico repairs, and other minor repairs. Replacement of existing ramp to meet current codes.
There will be a pretender briefing at St Peters Town Hall, 39 Unwins Bridge Rd, Sydenham NSW 2044 on Tuesday 10 September 2019 at 2.00pm.
Following this meeting, a second tenderers meeting will be held at Marrickville Town Hall - 303 Marrickville Rd, Marrickville NSW 2204.
