Expression of Interest are sought from qualified and experienced applicants to join the city of Stirling’s Audit Committee as an independent member.

People with a strong strategic focus and who can address the following selection criteria are encouraged to apply:

• Relevant professional qualifications including risk management, accounting, finance and audit
• Relevant professional knowledge and expertise
• Understanding or experience in local government
• Understanding of the role of corporate governance in organisations
• Current or prior experience on similar committee.

Successful applicants will be appointed to the Committee by Council in October 2019 for a two-year term.
