Expression of Interest – Purchase of Palm Trees

⁠⁠⁠This Expression of Interest is seeking interested parties to purchase the established Canary Island Date Palms (phoenix canariensis) located at 250 Toolamba Road, Mooroopna. There are four large palm trees and two large clumps and smaller trees.

Photos of the trees will be provided to interested persons who contact Council. A detailed plan must be included in all EOIs that specify a price, removal plan, OH&S removal considerations, timeline for removal, and associated equipment to be used to remove palm trees.

Note that removal effort and costs are sole responsibility of interested party. The trees may be inspected at 11:30am on Tuesday 27 August and 11.30am on Wednesday 11 September.

Expressions of interest will be received until 4.00pm, Friday 20 September 2019.
