Tender Description
This contract comprises of works to upgrade park facilities at Wrigley Road Reserve, including earthworks and drainage preparation for a new playground (excludes the supply and installation of playground equipment), connector shared paths, cycle path loop, basketball hoops, landscaping features and garden beds.
Ideally, works will be completed prior to the end of the calendar year.
The Contractor is responsible for all works detailed on the design drawings and scheduled maintenance of the site for six months following the issue of Certificate of Practical Completion.
Tenderers are advised that the Principal reserves the right to vary the scale of the works to fit within the constraints of the available funding for this project. There shall be no claim for a variation, as a result of any reduction to the scale of the works.
The defects liability period for the works is for a period of 12 months.
