Tender Description
The project will consist of the:
1. Construction of a 2.5 metre wide concrete path from Forest Road between the Softball Diamonds providing access to the amenity building;
2. Construction of an amenity building providing:
- Two change rooms for up to 20 people including 2 showers and 2 toilets for use by those within the change rooms
- 4 female and 4 male toilets with ambulant access
- 1 accessible toilet and adult accessible change table
- Small storage facility
